The Youth Ministry at John Knox Presbyterian is a community of love where students learn about God and serve others while making friends and having fun.
Summer at a Glance
Church on Sunday mornings @ 9:30 a.m. Sr. High will not meet on July 11 due to Communion service.
Jr. High meets every Sunday from 4-5:30 p.m.
Sr. High meets every Sunday from 6-8 p.m.
Sr. High Bible study each Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. starting June 23. This is a fun Bible study with lots of games and ice cream sundaes. Come and take your faith to a deeper level. Bring you friends!
Special Summer Events
Youth Group pizza parties will be Sunday June 27 from 5:30 - 6 p.m. and Sunday July 25 (same time). Join us for Youth Group and hang out with your friends. Permission slips are required and a current medical release form must be on file.

Boomers on Wednesday, July 6 from 4-8 p.m. Golf, race cars, bumper boats, arcade games, laser tag & more! $18.99 will cover all the fun. Bring money for snacks. Parents are requested to drop their kids off at Boomers and pick them up later. Permission slips are required and a current medical release form must be on file.
Vacation
Bible School will be Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to Noon from July 19 - 23. Jr.
Highers can volunteer to lead the younger kids in the. morning and then have
a blast with Bruce and your friends. There's even a pool party on Wednesday
after VBS! $15 covers the whole week. Sr. Highers
can help Nancy Polcyn in lots of ways. Sign up with her.
Disneyland Trip for Sr. High and College-age students, to be held July 27-29. Reserve a spot for a trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth" by calling the church office. Permission slips are required and a current medical release form must be on file.
Youth Bake Sale on Sunday, July 11 after Church. The sale is to benefit Youth activities. The June bake sale raised $101 and we thank you for your donations. We had 15 Jr. Highers and 3 High Schoolers attend WaterWorld in June. Many of these youth were able to attend by using their JKPC student accounts
Youth Council
The Youth Council is just one method that the youth are heard from regarding their Youth Group and desires for their growth. This committee gives youth a chance to provide input on programs and events. If you are in middle or high school or a young adult, we welcome you to join us!
Youth Ministries Planning Committee
This committee is for interested parents or other adults willing to provide guidance and direction for all aspects of the middle school, senior high and young adult programs. If you would like to see our youth programs be “all that they can be,” we highly encourage you to join us! This committee meets 7 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month.
